Integrated Air Systems Ltd has a requirement for an enthusiastic multi-disciplined Engineer to join our team in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The candidate must have an engineering background with experience in HVAC, Dust Extraction or related Building Services installations.

Reporting to the Projects Director, the person will be responsible for the project management and related activities required for a successful project execution.

The person will be responsible for meeting respective project requirements in terms of quality, time and financial budget

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Organization
  • Quality and adequacy of engineering
  • Compliance to applicable codes and standards
  • Compliance with project contract
  • Project financial budget
  • Compliance to project schedule
You

  • Experience in Project Management within industrial or building services, including Sub-contractor control
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Good IT skills, MS-Office, MS Project, CAD etc
  • Prepared to travel, Domestic & International
  • Experience of design and build projects within construction & industrial sectors
