Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £20,000 pa

Our client are a dynamic, delivery-focussed project management company providing end to end solutions for the UK’s mobile and fixed line network operators.
They are urgently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join their team- to work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans; including resources, timeframes and budgets for Telecoms Projects.
Role Requirements
The Junior Project Coordinator duties will include, but not limited to:
o Creation and updating of Survey and Design project tracker using information provided by the Survey and Design teams.
o Calling agents and key holders to arrange surveys of MDU’s (Multi Dwelling Units) or VMB (Business projects) and confirming the appointment by email.
o Advising surveyors and Rod & Rope teams of appointment dates and confirming these details by email.
o Transferring design job packs to the client share point or Portal.
o Possibly supporting other project coordinators in other workstreams as workload dictates.
o Learning the processes and duties of the Project Coordinator in order to cover their work when absent.
o General office duties will include, but not limited to:
· Answering the phone, forwarding calls, taking messages and responding to enquiries from the client and the company’s other offices
· Maintaining a record of, and preparing orders for stationary, office equipment and deliverables.
· Arranging meeting rooms, including lunches (when required) and any accommodation requirements for visiting staff from other offices.
· Filing and processing of approved designs, red line drawings from site and completed job packs.
· Preparing purchase order information for supplier requirements based on PM requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administration type role
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ideally experience of Microsoft Project

Salary: £20,000.00 per year
