Job description

Great British Communications are looking for a project co-ordinator to join our Widnes office on the design piece of one of our projects. This role will be working under the Delivery Manager of the project to assist and co-ordinate between the different areas and stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
General Support Administration

File creation and maintenance (electronic and hard copy)

Update trackers and schedules

Input site data into internal and client systems where required

Database downloads of client systems drawings/surveys/data sheets

Arrange site access visits/surveys/builds

Assist in the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Collate construction packs

Assist with statistical reporting

Co-ordinate survey access within agreed SLA’s

Prepare Health and Safety packs within agreed SLA’s

Co-ordinate swap scheduling and access within agreed SLA’s

Prepare handover packs and upload as directed within agreed SLA’s

Support specific projects as required

Liaise with clients, customers and engineers as required

Access and input on client databases

Any other duties as directed in line with the post

Essential Skills
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience in a similar role

Self-motivated and proactive

Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

Client Interaction and Engagement - Develop strong customer engagement with the client, and be adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis

Co-ordinating all aspects of the infrastructure construction phase project management, problem solving and delivering excellent standards of quality

Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis

Desired Competencies (Not Essential):

All training will be provided to gain this knowledge

Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
