About The Role

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team in Gillingham.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of telecom projects. You will work closely with the project management team and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.


  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of project progress.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and budget to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  • Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement of project materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support project risk management activities and proactively identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the project management team.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the telecoms industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of telecom industry standards and regulations is highly desirable but not essential.
