Projects Coordinator

Job Type:Part Time, Permanent - 25 Hours a week

Salary:£10.10 Per Hour

Location:Chesterfield, S44 5HS

The Role

Our client have an exciting new opportunity for a Projects Coordinator to support the Project Management Team in their Structures Department in Chesterfield.

In this position you will support the Management Team with delivery of assigned projects, by assisting with resourcing, purchasing and project administration.

Duties will include completing factual technical reports for structural investigations, so a keen eye for detail is essential.

Other Duties Will Include
  • Producing and reviewing safety critical documentation such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Review and maintain staff training requirements.
  • Review and maintain equipment servicing and calibrations requirements.
  • To take part in training to maintain the quality of work undertaken.
  • To maintain health and safety standards in the office environment to prevent the occurrence of safety issues.
Required Skills
  • A willingness to undertake development and training
  • Basic CAD experience preferable but not essential
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of Structural Investigation industry
  • Excellent Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office to assist with formatting reports.
