The client, a growing software technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking ’Project Coordinators’ to work on customer projects at this exciting time of growth.

Our Technical Project Teamfacilitates our clients to continue to expand their business and experience the full bene?ts of the platform.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Support the Technical Project Manager in delivering concurrent projects
  • Ensure project trackers are kept up to date with accurate information
  • Meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Develop healthy client relationships and build trust
  • Evaluate and analyse customer needs
  • Encourage customers to upgrade their products
  • Promote customer loyalty

What Does It Take to Be a Good Technical Project Coordinator?

  • Dedication to assist in delivering projects to a high standard consistently for internal and external stakeholders with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive approach such as reviewing user capacity and forecasting the potential change in speci?cation of a customer’s dedicated server environment
  • Endeavour for continuous improvement of processes with the ability to learn from experience to apply to projects moving forward. For example, where a process may have been followed but a new issue arises, a step is implemented to ensure deliverance next time
  • Resilience in situations where things may not go to plan, with a calm and systematic approach taken to resolve the errors
  • Analytical view of projects and a pragmatic approach towards deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain strong inter departmental relationships

Desired pro?le:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in working on projects involving multiple departments -
  • Having experience in B2B SaaS delivery
  • Pro?cient use of spreadsheets and project management programs such as Trello
