We are based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and for over 15 years are an industry leader in Type Approval and Regulatory Certification of wireless products, consumer, and industrial electrical goods. We have a strong international focus, with offices in the UK and Asia, conducting business operations with Government Regulators and Test Laboratories in over 150 countries globally, providing regulatory solutions for many of the world’s leading and most recognisable electronics manufacturers.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordiantor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, Our Country Co-ordinator will focus on becoming an expert in regulatory and Type Approval processes/procedures in selected countries, primarily within the Russia region. They will pro-actively co-ordinate projects on behalf of our customers, taking responsibility for PCS’ solution in their assigned core countries. What will the role include? - Preparing and submitting Type Approval application files to government regulatory authorities. - Tracking statuses, solving problems and proactively driving the Type Approval processes to ensure deadlines are met. - Developing a sound understanding of regulatory requirements in assigned country list. - Taking full ownership of the solution in assigned countries including relationship management, vendor management, pricing negotiation and service improvements. - Supporting and undertaking research projects to assist with answering customer enquiries or further expanding the scope. - Supporting Senior Management and Account Managers on customer projects, and research tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A relevant degree and/or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken. An additional language beyond English is advantageous (Arabic, French, Mandarin, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish) but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable for your own project work.
