Our client, a design consultancy, are seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team in Chelsea. This is a riveting opportunity for a Project Architect to work on a variety of high-end residential projects across London.

This is a fantastic to join an architectural practice that have a strong portfolio of high-end projects in their pipeline. Good knowledge of the residential sector would be advantageous, as our client predominantly works on projects within this sector, ideally the post successful Project Architect would have good experience working on high-end projects. The most suitable Project Architect should have excellent design flare and should be able to demonstrate this with a high-quality portfolio to highlight their technical design flare. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft suite will also be essential to any candidate who seeks this opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to work on an array of exciting high-end residential projects across London. The most successful candidate will have excellent client facing and communication skills.

Project Architect Position Overview
  • Ability to prepare architectural drawings of plans, elevations, sections
  • Good spatial design awareness and construction detailing
  • Good on site experience and an ability to take accurate measurements and surveys on site
  • Management to ensure smooth processes - from initial creative idea through all stages 
  • Working closely with in house interior designers and external contractors/consultants, builders and suppliers from inception to completion
  • Creation of NBS construction drawing packages a bonus
  • Assisting interior designers with packages such as joinery and lighting packages
  • Specifying of design elements with suppliers and some involvement in budgets and procurement
Project Architect Position Requirements
  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Experience working within the high-end residential sector
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communicator
  • Confident speaking and liaising with clients high expectations
  • Good hand sketching skills
Project Architect Position Remuneration
  • Competitive salary (£32,000 - £50,000 DOE)
  • Pension
