This is a great opportunity to join Mars in a project based role and have the opportunity to work with different teams on delivering our Pet Centre capability strategy.

The successful candidate will support the development of our capabilities and digital tools, deployment of research activities and administer the sourcing, breading and homing program at the Waltham Petcare Science Institute. As the team’s project administrator, you will maintain and development our pet sourcing network, maintain quality standards and support project activities.

What are we looking for?
  • All candidates should be qualified to degree level or equivalent, ideally have a passion for project management and technology
  • The successful candidate will have a proven ability to maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels and hold technical conversations with experts
  • We will prioritise candidates with experience working in a research or manufacturing environment in operation/technical role and/or experience product development background.
  • We are looking for strength in; collaborates, nimble learning, drives results, instills trust and courage.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Provide support for the delivery of site capability projects to drive digitisation of the Waltham Operations Team.
  • Provide administrative support for the trial delivery team for Research delivery.
  • Provide administrative support for the QMP program and ensure key documents and processes are reviewed, updated and maintained
  • Provide administrative support for the Breeding, Sourcing and Homing program.
  • Ensure all legal obligations with regards to the souring, breeding and homing of animals are clearly identified and adhered to (including Home Office requirements), and is consistent with Mars Inc. ethics and welfare policies.
