Person Specification- You will have a proven track record of leading and delivering large and complex change and transformation programmes.
- You will have experience of delivering outcomes where there is a backdrop of uncertainty and high levels of assumptions.
- You will have experience of leading effectively through ambiguity and times of change, whilst remaining personally resilient and adaptable under pressure.
- You will have experience of visible and inclusive team leadership, setting direction and creating thriving and high performing collaborative teams.
- You will have experience of successfully influencing, negotiating, and engaging others, adapting styles of communication where needed.
- You will have a track record of leading major change in a multi supplier and multi stakeholder environment.
- You will be able to apply strategic thinking considering the changing and uncertain landscape within which you will operate, looking longer term and adapting your approach.
- You will have experience of building productive stakeholder relationships, often bringing together people with differing views to develop consensus and support.
- You will have a proven track record in building collaborative teams across team and organisational boundaries.
- You will have experience of developing PPM capability extensively within an organisation.
- You will demonstrate that you use sound judgment, evidence and knowledge to arrive at accurate, expert and professional decisions and advice.
- You will have an extensive track record in programme management on a large and complex scale and working within complex and challenging change programmes in uncertain and changing environment. Ideally should be qualified or working towards Prince 2 or APM, MSP and / or PLP.
- You will have extensive experience as a PPM professional with a proven ability to adapt utilise and implement PPM methodology and techniques, tailoring style and use of methodology / procedures to get the right outcome, rather than relying on a standard approach.
- You will have the proven ability to identify, share and promote best practices and lessons learned to create a culture of learning and good practice that supports continuous improvement and professional development to optimise project, programme and transformation delivery.
