About the job
The post holder will be responsible for the inspection of our council housing at key stages of the construction programme ensuring a high focus is maintained for our customers on handover and during the defects period. The post holder will lead on internal collaboration between the housing teams, ensuring the key information required for a successful completions process is in place.
What We Are Looking For From You
With direction from the Operational Manager, the post holder will assist with the quality control of new build and refurbishment schemes, help to manage the completion and handover processes and will assist throughout the defects liability period. They will act as point of contact for a number of internal teams and help to maintain our suite of specifications and compliance information.
You will be experienced in delivering social housing in line with Welsh Government requirements and building contracts, with at least five years working experience.
