The opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced administrator or University graduate, who loves making a difference and always goes above and beyond to get the job done.

Based in our Christchurch office, your role is to manage our programmes in accordance with the individual programme standards, processes and accreditation requirements.

You will be certifying audits, running reports, resolving auditor and client queries, checking data for accuracy, and ensuring the programme and our administrators are meeting all KPIs and requirements.

It’s important that you become the subject matter expert for the programmes you manage.

This is a full time, permanent position.

You will be joining a supportive and caring team, where you will be given the opportunity to grow and flourish. The option to work two days from home on Thursday and Fridays, and finish at 4pm daily, is available.

About you:

Our work is highly skilled, and to be successful in this role requires great communication skills, a sharp mind, ability to read and retain complex information, attention to detail when doing repetitive tasks, and the ability to multi-task.

You need to be self-driven, with outstanding initiative, drive and grit.

Experience in database management, including data entry and reporting, would give you an advantage. Intermediate level experience with the Microsoft package such as Word and Excel is essential.

About us:

Everyday our experienced team of 1800+ people work alongside farmers, producers, and others throughout the food supply chain to help them uphold what Aotearoa stands for in food - a higher standard of quality and safety.

We are passionate about our shared role as Kaitiaki Kai, guardians of food, and have a deep responsibility to do the right thing for food and the environments it comes from.

We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining great people, and supporting them to be the best they can be. We know diverse teams are stronger teams and we believe in fairness and opportunity for all.

Helping Aotearoa shape a better food world - Join us today!
