Capgemini’s financial services specialists provide a complete range of technology services to help our clients capture sustainable business results. Our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit (FS SBU) is a global organization that focuses on key financial services domains: banking, capital markets, insurance, cards & payments, wealth and asset management, and risk management & compliance.

Banking and Capital Markets Transformation practice is dedicated for Financial Services consulting within Capgemini, with a headcount of 300+ servicing multiple financial services clients globally. BCM is dedicated practice for Financial Services involved in domain consulting and identifying banking trends for skill and solution development, create domain specific thought leadership. This practice is responsible for doing transformation projects ranging from multi country business & technology transformation, building target operating models to enhancements in current platforms. Our consulting practice of 300+ are involved in critical projects in various domains from lending , risk , architecture and treasury to payment hubs and trade finance. We have also been involved in multi bank tech mergers of Indian PSU.

The focus of your role

In this role, you’ll be part of our Banking and Capital Markets Transformation practice, helping to deliver large-scale transformation programmes, including multi-country implementation of leading products for large banks.

What you’ll do

  • Expected to work on Upstream (strategy engagements) and Downstream projects (Implementation projects as a BA)
  • Competency in one or more of the following areas- Lending, Payments & Cards, Trade Finance, Core Banking systems, etc.
  • Should have core product or lending product lifecycle experience and good understanding of product functionalities
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures
  • Experienced in stakeholder management
  • Should have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to support and deliver RFPs across multiple domains
  • Flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mind-set, result oriented
  • Experience in agile environment

What you’ll bring

  • Effectively provide change management and project management expertise to change projects to which the Senior Project Manager is assigned
  • Possess expertise in change management methods and tools in particular the Change Management change management method and toolkit
  • Understand and be able to use the Change Management Project Management method and toolkit Understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates
  • Demonstrable experience in managing bespoke software and/or digital development/implementation and integration projects, from inception through to delivery on small, medium and large projects
  • An in-depth understanding of the IT application landscape of retail banks and/or cards/payments vendor technologies
  • A track record of delivery using iterative waterfall and agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM/RAD/KANBAN)
  • Appreciation of cards & payments industry global trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives
