Our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit is a global organization which focuses on key financial services domains: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Payments & Cards, Wealth and Asset Management, and Risk Management & Compliance.

The focus of the role

Capgemini Financial Services is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with some of the worlds’ leading financial services institutions and be influential in shaping the future success of our business

What you’ll do

  • Migrate from the current Salesforce Classic system to Salesforce Lightning whist identifying areas to enhance productivity and deliver additional value by providing process improvement automation greater business insight drive
  • Advocating for the best practices usage of standard functionalities rather than custom code and encouraging high user adoption in Salesforce Assist with the configuration and customisation in different Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud and other SFDC products.
  • Preparing mock-ups and presenting Demos for Stakeholders Contributing with the overall testing and troubleshooting of new functionalities and facilitating user acceptance testing
  • Helping with user training preparation and execution when required
  • Understand the appropriate Policies Standards applicable to the role through reading the Code of Conduct and other training allocated
  • Where responsible for risks and controls ensure that these are appropriate and fit for purpose

What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Consultant 3 years of Salesforce experience as Administrator or Consultant Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Familiar with Agile concept and methodologies
  • Good time management skills able to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines.
  • Demonstrable ability to self develop a deep understanding of business practices and develop own skills.
  • Planning and Project Management Skills.
  • Proven record in identifying and delivering key strategic system projects and process improvements to time and budget.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation and Influencing
  • Strong communications skills comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels to agree goals and influence decisions.
  • You will be confident in exchanging ideas making recommendations as well as challenging where appropriate in an effective concise and logical way Strategic Thinking.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM tools and a high level of knowledge around CRM principals.
  • The role will require the candidate to be responsible and lead multiple elements of the CRM strategic deliveries including but are not limited to capturing requirements leading business show and tell sessions and post live training also to be able to work well on their own and as part of a team both on and offshore
