About The Role

As the Program Manager for our App Shop, you’ll sit at the intersection of Rippling’s product, engineering, and business development teams driving the expansion and depth of integrations with Rippling’s partners in the App Shop. You’ll achieve Rippling’s vision to be every company’s first step when it comes to acquiring additional capabilities to scale their business and execute on our mission to drive a significant amount of automation in employee-related business systems. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring our partners have a seamless experience creating and updating apps and ensuring the health of the App Shop marketplace.

What You Will Do
  • Creating third-party app integrations supported by Rippling using internal tooling
  • Owning the inbound new partner pipeline and driving completion of partner-built integrations
  • Creating an efficient and transparent system for cross-functional partnership reviews
  • Drive the breadth of benefits integrations for Rippling customers (pension, 401k, medical and more)
  • Unblocking partners to ensure on-time and high quality delivery of integrations
  • Reporting success of App Shop integrations via Tableau and Snowflake to management
  • Ensuring a high level of automation with partners; from acquisition to payments
What You Will Need
  • 2+ years at a technology or management consulting firm with integration experience
  • 3+ years at a fast-paced startup or technology company working in an engineering-adjacent role
  • Major or minor in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (mathematics, economics)
  • An understanding of REST API principles and documentation
  • Exceptional technical writing skills with an appreciation for clarity
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.

New York City: $148,000 - $216,000/year
