Our client is an established, growing business with offices in the Thame area. They have a new permanent opportunity in their business for a Program Analyst.

Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data analytics and business intelligence to support the effective planning, deployment and evaluation of systems required in fleet management.
  • Shared ownership for a key clients fleet of international shipped product, with particular emphasis on: asset tracking, database management, stock control, demand planning, refurbishment and replacement.
  • Developing, implement and maintain the analytics system, taking complicated problems to build simple frameworks.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities through analysis of complex data sets.
  • Evaluating organisational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
  • Creating best-practice reports based through data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Evaluating internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data/processes.
  • Working directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

Candidates that apply must have a Program Analysis background, with asset tracking and fleet/systems management experience within international Manufacturing or Supply Chain. You should be commercially astute, highly analytical and data driven, a problem solver with the ability to communicate with both senior management and customers.

On offer is a salary of 60 to 65k, plus a bonus and excellent benefits, with the opportunity to be predominantly remotely located in UK, Belgium or Amsterdam.
