Our client is an established, growing business with offices in the Thame area. They have a new permanent opportunity in their Warehouse/Logistics team for a Customs Administrator.

Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring commercial invoices, load plans, packing lists and any other documentation is sent to the Customer Service Team on time when customers are arranging collections.
  • Ensuring commercial invoices, load plans, packing lists and any other documentation is sent to the Logistics Team on time so deliveries can be arranged.
  • Ensuring customs documents have been prepared ready to be given to drivers.
  • Using the ERP system to identify what customs documentation is required and updating the ERP system when required to do so.
  • Generating packing lists and loading plans when required.
  • Scanning and providing documentation to other departments when required.
Candidates that apply must have previous administration experience within a Warehouse or Logistics. You should be organised, good at prioritising and have excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills.

On offer is a salary of up to 25k, plus excellent benefits and potential for future progression.
