Professional Services Manager (Implementation Manager SaaS IT)* Remote*. Opportunity for a Professional Services Manager to take on a high responsibility and impactful role within a hugely successful software house that provide complex software solutions to food manufactures.

As a Professional Services Manager you’ll lead and manage the delivery and professional services team who implement the software to a range of food manufactures. You’ll organise the team’s resources across multiple projects, ensure there are clear requirements and customer expectations, resolve any complex problems that occur and play an active role in coaching and guiding the team. This role may expand to a larger scale and involve managing a wider team in the future.

This role can be fully remote however, you’ll need to be able to commute to the Surrey based office on a monthly basis.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a Professional Services Manager or Senior Implementation Manager role
  • Track record of managing large implementation teams within a SaaS environment
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Can create strong and trusted relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
