Software Developer Richmond / WfH to £50k

Software Developer / Engineer (Python Node.js JavaScript) *Remote Working*. Would you like to work on complex and interesting AI based systems as part of a highly intelligent team of tech entrepreneurs?

You could be joining a growing start-up that is utilising Machine Learning and AI technology to revolutionise a unique area within the farming space. As a Software Developer you’ll work closely with other engineers to build out and scale a real-time AI system on video streams. You’ll be focussing on backend development with Python and Node.js but with exposure to the React frontend, developing software solutions that will be used by farms globally, from Scotland and Norway to Chile and Australia.

There’s a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time you could join colleagues in a beautiful riverside town in Richmond, South-West London / Surrey with excellent transport links close by or could continue to work fully remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Requirements:

  • You have backend web development experience with Python and Node.js
  • You have a good understanding of Terraform and IaC environments
  • You’re keen to work within an unstructured start-up environment
  • You have the aptitude and desire to learn new skills and continually improve
  • Ideally you will have some JavaScript and / or React experience
  • You’re collaborative with excellent communication skills
  • You’re degree educated ideally in Computer Science from a top tier university
