Your Role

The purpose of this role is to take the lead in deploying the Lean Principles at site level through the basic tools that Lean Six Sigma methodology offers. The Production Systems Green Belt is the key representative of Continuous Improvement culture that every site needs to embrace.
Your Responsibilities
  • Support and implement 5S, visual management and other Production Systems standards - Co-lead 5S audits
  • Run Kaizens and GB projects
  • Support YBs & deliver YB/WB training
  • Deliver 5S training / Production Systems Awareness sessions
  • Support and co-facilitate DDVSA events
  • Implement idea management (Suggestion Management) & support daily performance management
  • Facilitate site teams delivering Production Systems targets
  • Update CI tracker, continuous improvement activity

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Project management (e.g. DMAIC) and background in statistical analysis
  • Good training and presentation skills
  • Project team formation
  • Advanced Lean experience (JIT / Jidoka/ Heijunka)
  • Medium level in MS Office pack tools usage.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Preferred
  • Open to change work shift for a limited period of time based on need.
  • Open to offer support to other sites for a limited period of time based on need
