The Job

My client is a non-departmental public body which regulates work-based pension schemes in the United Kingdom. They are responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK and work with employers and those running pensions to help people save for their retirement.

A Digital Transformation the Transactional Services project has been set up to change the way my client defines and executes changes to its Services and Digital Products. As a result, my client is looking for a Product Owner to first lead a broad discovery phase.

Responsibilities
  • Leader and Decision maker for the design and delivery TPR’s Digital Services
  • Oversight of cross functional team
  • Accountable for the execution of the plans, product definition and, in turn, for the delivery to the agreed definition of done and delivery of the defined business benefits.
  • Ownership and Development of the 12-month Digital product roadmap.
Requirements
  • Understanding of a regulatory environment
  • Experience of Digital Product ownership
  • Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Product ownership within the public sector
This is a hybrid role that will require travel to the office in Brighton once a week.
