£75,000 - £85,000 + Healthcare + Bonus + BenefitsGaydon, WarwickshireAre you a Product Development Manager or similar with experience in Automation product creation, looking to play an integral role within a globally leading manufacturer, with a competitive package, autonomy to make your mark on the department and a variety of technically exciting projects?In this role you will head up product development, continuously improving the processes involved. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of efficiency enhancements, whilst leading cross functional teams to develop these processes. You will be tasked with reducing overall investment, delivery times and maximising employees efficiency.The company are a globally leading OEM and have a fantastic reputation for the quality of what they manufacture.
