About the Job

We are looking to appoint a Procurement Manager who will take day to day responsibility for the Procurement function at Faith In Nature. This is a new role within the business and reflects our ongoing growth. The successful candidate will report directly into the Procurement Director and will work collaboratively with all departments to achieve results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising all opportunities to ensure cost effective sourcing and delivery of quality products and services for the business. They will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG or the personal care or beauty business.

Key tasks will include:

  • Identify and forecast requirements / demand for goods and services across the business.
  • Research and identify appropriate suppliers who can supply the required goods and services taking into account cost, quality, delivery, authenticity and credentials.
  • Ensure that the supplier offering meets business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with the Suppliers ensuring that Company values and principles are maintained at all times.
  • Follow internal processes for raising Purchase orders and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Audit and evaluate the appropriateness of the goods or services once delivered / provided to ensure that these meet business requirements.
  • Control costs and overheads within budgeted levels.
  • Analyse information and provide regular reports to the Procurement Director / Senior Management Team.

About you

You have demonstrable experience in a similar role.

You are MCIPS qualified or equivalent.

You are a methodical and dynamic Manager who is results focused, as well as being a team player who can work collaboratively across the business to support all Procurement needs.

Alongside experience in a similar role, you will have a sustainable outlook with the core values of the business being personally important to you. You are passionate about nature and have a love for the environment, and will live, breathe and believe our values and principles.
