Our Procurement Department is now seeking a proactive and highly organised Procurement Administrator to join the Security & Refrigeration team in the Store Procurement department. In this role you will equally support the procurement consultants in project work and the wider team with administrative tasks.

This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual keen to progress that enjoys working collaboratively in a growing and exciting department.

What you’ll do

  • Cost Analysis and cost tracking
  • Processing invoices ensuring accuracy and responding to any related query
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and post in a timely manner
  • Supporting the consultants in their projects
  • Dealing with cost queries
  • Producing standard, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Raising purchase orders in a timely manner and keeping track of costs
  • Contacting regions, internal and external stakeholders raising queries and coordinating schedules
  • Providing adhoc administrative support to the team
  • Leading small projects allocated over time

What you’ll need

  • A confident coordinator who has strong communication skills
  • Understanding of cost analysis and cost tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Solution driven mindset
  • Experience within a procurement environment would be an advantage
  • A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work to schedules and deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A strong multi-tasker with a good eye for detail
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • German skills are beneficial, but not essential
