We are currently looking for a Process Operator to join a global building and construction materials manufacturer, which provides high quality products and an excellent service to customers in over 40 countries. The company have been established for over 25 years and provide a well organised and clean working environment with ongoing training, development, and career progression.

The Process Operator will have the opportunity to be involved with a wide of range of manufacturing operations, which will be supported with a wide range of training opportunities, as well as on the job training to ensure that you have all the skills required to undertake the position. As such, we are keen to speak with individuals who fit the below criteria.

Key responsibilities for the Process Operator:

  • Mixing of various chemicals such as powders and resins
  • Working from a recipe
  • Setting and operating of machinery
  • Manual handling up to 25kg
  • General upkeep and housekeeping of the production environment with focus.

Experience of the Process Operator:

  • Proven experience of working in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Worked within a fast-paced environment

Ideally the Process Operator will have previous experience working within chemicals, production, manufacturing environments.

What is on offer for the Process Operator:

  • Renumeration: £25,826.32 per annum / £13.07 per hour inclusive of shift allowance
  • 38 hours basic and overtime available
  • Working 3pm to 1am Monday to Thursday
  • 28 days Holiday and standard pension
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Free onsite parking
  • Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
