Process Development/ Improvement Engineer - Permanent - Skipton My client based near skipton is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to lead and support activities in the manufacturing facility that will develop, validate or improve new or existing processes to help to deliver respective projects or improve product lines. The role may from time to time require supporting other on site functions including but not limited to operations, quality and regulatory. The role will include: Lead Process improvement activities to improve efficiency and quality of existing and new manufacturing processes
  • Lead cost reduction activities to reduce cost of goods for existing or new product lines
  • Lead material change projects to ensure the ongoing supply of existing and new products from a business continuity perspective The right person will:
  • Bachelors or Equivalent undergraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. biomedical, pharma, chemistry, materials, physics) (Preferred)
  • 5 years prior experience in a manufacturing and process improvement/R&D setting (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of working in a medical device/adjacent technology area (preferred)
