We are looking for FULL and PART TIME MSK Physiotherapists to join our team. As part of a busy clinic we are looking to expand our team. The roles available are flexible, and can be tailored to meet your clinical interests, in addition to days and hours worked.
Full time employed contract available at 37.5 hours a week
  • £35-40,000 year depending on expertise
  • Days and hours worked are flexible, must include 2 evenings
Part time position based on commission
  • Commission rate of 45-50% (depending on level of expertise). Equates to £35-£45 per hour
  • Days and hours worked are flexible, must include 1 evening

With a Diverse Caseload Across Various Sites And Specialisms, Including

Modus Physiotherapy is a Private Physiotherapy clinic based in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
  • Treatment rooms at the Wellington Health and Fitness Club, which provides a busy clinic to members of the gym and the public.
  • Physiotherapy services to Wellington College School, involving treatment clinics for pupils, concussion management, pitch-side medical cover and education seminars. All sports covered, and many pupils are high to elite level in their sport.
  • Teaching on training courses offered as part of Modus Education
Aspects of the Role
  • As an established clinic, we have an interesting and varied clinical caseload within the MSK speciality; acute MSK injuries, sports injuries and rehab, post-op rehab and adolescent MSK injuries / conditions to name a few.
  • Positions are based in our treatment clinic in the Wellington Fitness Club and on site at Wellington College.
  • Clinician must be able to work independently and self-regulate
  • Opportunity to work in close partnership with the 2 sports therapists as part of our team, and also establish links with the Fitness Club Instructors
  • Excellent rehab facilities available; including outside space, indoor gym area, and Olympic Gym
  • Opportunities to work / assist in pitch-side cover for sporting events & cover sports tours internationally (relevant training will be provided)
  • Opportunities to assist in education seminars and concussion management for Wellington College pupils and Bracknell Town FC (relevant training will be provided)

  • Assist in development and delivery of Sports Injury Management one day training courses, involving formulating and editing online training modules and delivering teaching at training days around the country.
  • Assist in internet blogs
  • Assist in management of concussion return to play protocols for school pupils
  • Oversee injury statistics at Wellington College and implementation of injury prevention programs.
  • Assist in general running of clinics
  • Though not expected to be a regular duty, candidates must be able to assist with sports cover when needed.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have a 2:1 or higher in BSc Physiotherapy (and have recognition with UK medical governing body and own indemnity insurance - HCPC & CSP).
  • Must have at least 3 years experience within MSK physiotherapy (preferably 5 years)
  • Must have an appropriate first aid certificate or be willing to undertake one.
  • Must have a valid UK working visa
