  • Experience in a similar role essential (agency preferred)
  • Knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pools
  • High attention to detail and good communications skills verbal and written
  • Proficient IT user and ATS knowledge beneficial
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Flexible and able to prioritise an ever changing to do list
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
  • Organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with clients face to face
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
A High Level Of Proficiency In
  • Pre-screening and managing applications for current vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to relevant Recruitment Administrators
  • Source high quality candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive Headhunting techniques
  • Interview candidates by following best practices
  • Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools
  • Work with Recruitment Administrators to ensure that they fully understand the importance of an effective and compliant process, and to provide training where necessary so that they are both confident and competent
