PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER
UP TO £80,000
LONDON

Leading SaaS platform looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap for their commerce stream.

THE ROLE:

The Principal Product Manager will:

  • Have a deep affiliation and empathy with users in commerce - you’ll know what they need to succeed, what drives them and how to make them look good
  • Have strong relationships with our commercial team - they’ll trust you and your team to deliver for their customers
  • Be comfortable in both strategic thinking and execution
  • Take a fundamental role in steering the direction of the product to capitalise on commercial opportunities - you’ll develop and maintain a roadmap that prioritises our users in commerce
  • Give extensive mentorship to your product managers across a broad range of product management skills and topics
  • Devise your product’s Go To Market strategy
  • Evangelise the product to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform internal and external product demos and talks - you’ll be a confident spoken communicator
  • Demonstrate results against your KPIs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The perfect Principal Product Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years digital Product Management experience, preferably within B2B Enterprise SaaS or a related field - ideally with leadership experience
  • Demonstrable exposure to and experience of core development skills, information architecture, user journeys, wireframe design, testing and design briefs
  • Strong critical decision-making skills, with an ability to evaluate and resolved business issues
  • An ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Significant experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to articulate business opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

THE BENEFITS:
