Delivery and ComplianceClosing Date:
18/03/2022Most people think of a Principal Delivery Engineer as someone who is digging up the grounds, doing manual labor all day – but this role is far from it. This is a crucial role within our Network Expansion division, and you’ll be the main point of contact for our grounds work partners, supervising and coordinating a range of build works and projects on site.
You will be a health & safety advocate, providing expertise in design, technical specifications, and best practice for ground works. As well as being a trusted, subject matter expert - you’ll mediate between our Partners, Planning and Activation Field Engineers on a wide range of matters. You will be the point of escalation for any contractual dispute or regulation non-compliance.

- Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications Industry
- Strong Civils Knowledge
- Full Clean UK Driving License
- Knowledge of project or programme delivery
- Proactive, with the ability to both problem solve and negotiate
The other stuff we’re looking for
We’d also love you to bring;
- NRSWA Supervisor course (Knowledge & experience) would be desirable
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations would be desirable
- Large scale build experience
- Ability to manage ambiguity and a good understanding of financial control
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Experience of HFC and FTTP architectures

What’s in it for you?

All work and no play just isn’t our style! We’re already planning our future ways of working, for when life becomes a little more normal again. We’re constantly evolving our approach to enable you to find a great work life balance. Want to learn more about our benefits? You can check them out here.
