As a Project Manager you’ll coordinate a large cross-functional project to deliver operational benefits to the Consumer Field Operation and Network Expansion divisions. You’ll operate in an agile manner and very much embrace the "agile attitude" that we require.

As a valued member of our Consumer Field team, you’ll collaborate with both internal and external departments on the delivery of a large cross functional change project that is focused on a business process change with our 3rd party contract partners

Reporting on overspend and timely cost management, you’ll ensure accurate process and governance is set up and followed in line with the appropriate delivery methodology and the relevant business unit processes to ensure delivery.

You’ll scope, plan, and design the deliverables, whilst supervising overall progress, resolving issues, and ensuring you meet the agreed targets.

The must haves:

• Experience in leading on change management programmes
• Experience working to influence 3rd party supplier processes
• Knowledge in the Telecommunications, Utilities or Civil Engineering industries

Other stuff we’re looking for:

• The ability to lead virtual teams working on several concurrent large cross functional projects with a successful track record
• Awareness of process improvement methodologies including Lean & Six Sigma
• Ability to control and report on project finance budget, to provide accurate and timely response
• Recognised by a project management institution as an accredited Project professional to APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent, Agile Practitioner
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict management skills
