Primary Teacher

Location: Sleaford

Start Date: February 2024

Salary: £130 – £150 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in the Sleafordregion. We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional who is committed to providing a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive and dynamic lessons that align with national and school-specific standards.
  • Create a motivating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress through various methods, including assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of your students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide insights into students’ development and progress.

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is desirable.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the update service or willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
  • Passion for working with primary students and helping them excel academically and socially.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and continued learning.
