  • Be able to demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing the best education for young children.
  • Have empathy towards young people and have an understanding of how children learn.
  • Have enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Be a warm and committed educator.
  • Hold a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification, or higher.
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for a new one through GSL Education.
