This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.You will be part of a well established team and a Dealership where 87.5% of our Colleagues voted us a ’Great Place to Work’!You will play a vital role in the preparation of used vehicles for sale. Your responsibility will be to ensure that vehicles meet our exacting standards and provide our customers with an exceptional experience. It will be your role to ensure all road tests of vehicles are completed as well as CitNOW videos. You will ensure the upkeep of your bay and the surrounding workshop. Your success in this role helps maintain the profitability of our aftersales department and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.As our Prep Technician you are resilient, adaptable and have great attention to detail. You are dedicated to completing tasks that you start and understand the importance of embracing new technologies and continuously developing your skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your career through manufacturer training, further reinforcing your expertise.To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT license preferred but not essential
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
