We have a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Pre-Construction Manager to join our team in London

Reporting into the Pre-Construction Lead you will support the pre-construction across the Region from initial research to PCSA appointment.

SES Engineering Services (SES) is a £180 Million M&E Business operating out of 4 Regional Offices as the UK’s pre-eminent design-led Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) provider, specialising in the design and installation of building services and infrastructure solutions. Having successfully worked on a number of prestigious contracts in the UK and Scotland, we are viewed as the pre-eminent supplier of building services and are BIM 2 level accredited.

SES deliver bespoke, design-led cost efficient solutions optimised for the whole construction team, by maximising off-site manufacture in our production facility SES PRISM delivering our solutions which minimise onsite resources and interfaces assuring quality and customer satisfaction in a measurable, safe way every time.

The primary focus of this role is to manage and lead on all aspects of the engineering bids within the region from the initial contact and then taking schemes through the bidding process working with the team and clients, getting tenders successfully to project.

We are looking for you to already be experienced in managing and leading bids, ensuring the relevant resources and project team are managed to achieve required deliverables to programme. You will also have developed strong internal and external stakeholder communication skills, whilst maintaining compliance with the project principles.

To be successful in the role you will have the drive and expertise in leading and supporting teams to success, as well as being able to utilise your previous skills and experience to make this role your own and deliver successful and collaborative partnerships.
