Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Pre-Call Co-Ordinator to join our CFL Installs team in Enfield.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with a working knowledge of civil engineering and/or the cabling industry, to provide a support service to one of our specialist teams,

What will you be doing?

As a Pre-Call Co-Ordinator, your core responsibilities will be –

  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely, professional manner.
  • Following communications “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Recognising customer needs to provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Possessing an excellent knowledgebase of previous issues, through research.
  • Updating customers’ records on computer databases.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
