We have an exciting opportunity for a plumber who prides themselves on quality to join our Property Services Team and provide a great customer experience to our customers across the Hambleton District.

About The Role

Our Plumbers carry out domestic plumbing/drainage repairs and new installations to homes and properties owned or managed by Broadacres.

  • General plumbing repairs and maintenance.
  • General drainage repairs and maintenance.
  • First and Second fix pipe work and installations. (excluding gas).
  • Sanitaryware replacements.
  • Basic legionella assessment and treatment (training provided)

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • An NVQ Level 3 Plumbing OR NVQ Level 2 plumbing with demonstrable post qualification experience
  • Previous demonstrable experience of domestic plumbing and drainage within a responsive repairs setting
  • Experience diagnosing maintenance problems and identify solutions
  • A strong understanding of relevant building regulations, industry standards and relevant H&S standards.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
