Position: PlaterLocation: Dunbar, ScotlandHours: 12hr shifts, Mon-SunShifts: NightsStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 3-4 weeksPAYE Pay Rates:1st38 Hrs Mon-Fri: £21.56/hr + £2.60/hr Hol Pay = £24.16/hrO/T 1: £23.86/hrO/T 2: £30.67/hrLodge: £68.27/nightTravel: £15.34/hr travelledMileage: 45p/mileThe Role:Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Platers on behalf of our client for a cement plant shutdown in Dunbar, Scotland. The work will involve plate repairs on existing steel plate and channel. Duties will include:
  • Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
  • Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
  • Repairing heat distorted steel plate
  • Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
  • MMA tack welding on mild steel plate
Requirements:
  • CCNSG card
  • Experience of working on heavy industrial sites
  • NVQ 3, City & Guilds or Apprenticeship in Fabrication trade
