A personal injury solicitor is required by an established and very successful personal injury team based in Southampton, Hampshire. The successful personal injury solicitor will be able to provide a wealth of personal injury experience dealing with high value and complex serious and catastrophic injury claims.

The Firm

A vibrant Southampton office with excellent working environment incorporating a dedicated Personal Injury Department experienced in dealing with all aspects of injuries to include catastrophic and serious injuries often involving complex legal attention and experience whilst acting in the best interests to obtain a settlement on behalf of clients

The Role

The role will focus on assisting the partners with the day to day handling of their complex, high value, multi-track cases and will also include handling your own multi-track injury cases. This can include litigating some of the largest personal injury claims in the country, working with leading lawyers, top 10 insurers, barristers and experts. This offers an opportunity to be actively involved in the cases.

The Candidate

The Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a similar background in catastrophic injury/ large loss or someone with RTA/EL/PL case experience (with an aptitude and determination to work on more complex matters), with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically is key - together with proficient IT skills.
