Residential Conveyancer Due to expansion in this highly busy conveyancing department based in Wiltshire there is a requirement for a new conveyancer. The Firm A successful law firm with strong roots and a long history in providing affordable and effective legal advice to clients based in Wiltshire. The Role The successful conveyancer will be responsible for managing a case load of varied residential transactions undertaking property title searches, collating information from agents, lenders and other 3rd parties. The conveyancer will report to the conveyancing partner and will be required to provide clients with a high level client service and therefore strong communication skills are essential. This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer to join a friendly, professional firm who have a high staff retention.
The Candidate The Residential Conveyancer will have at least 3 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. Good communication skills are essential. Salary dependent upon experience.
