An exciting new opportunity has opened up in a brand-new area of my clients business for a Personal Contract Hire Executive based in Blackburn

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a PCH business as they will be heavily involved with the set of up the systems, processes and department.

Key Responsibilities As a Personal Contract Hire Executive
  • Updating our system with the Latest CAP Pricing
  • Assisting the New Car Quote team
  • Customer care for the PCH department
  • Managing the fleet of vehicles
  • Responsible for updating systems and customers of MOT, Road Tax and Services
  • Calculating Settlements
  • Collecting Direct Debits
  • Day to Day Reporting
Skills

& Experience
  • Previous experience in a PCH business is essential.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with minimal supervision.
  • An interest in and knowledge of cars
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English writing skills, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Flexibility in hours when required for over time during busy periods
  • Computer literate and able to adapt to different systems
  • Excellent organisational skills
