We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant & Team Administrator to provide efficient, effective and proactive administration support to the Property Development team, as well act as the Personal Assistant to Severn Trent’s Head of Property Development.


EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW


Reporting to the Head of Property Development, the PA and Team Administrator will be responsible for the full, effective diary management on behalf of the Head of Property Development, reviewing and updating diary commitments, organising appointments, internal and external meetings and managing expenses and travel. You will monitor mailboxes, reply appropriately to internal and external communications and flag important emails for further action. You will work with the Head of Property Development and the wider team to collate, review and format board papers and presentations ready to present to internal and external stakeholders, including at steering groups and executive board meetings. You will also support the wider team with financial administration, including raising and processing sanctions and purchase orders, setting up new vendors, paying suppliers and raising and processing invoices. You will be confident in updating Property Development’s website and intranet pages. You will also support the Head of Property Development with highly confidential matters as well as championing best practice for the team’s data protection policies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE


You be an experienced PA or office manager with extensive administration experience at senior level. You will have experience in financial administration duties, preferably in a property, legal or financial environment. You will be a competent user of Office 365 and Wordpress, with the ability to collate and review board level reports and presentations. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at senior levels with a diverse set of individuals. You will be highly professional, with a strong ability to work on one’s own initiative.
