Job description

We have an immediate temporary opportunity for a PA to cover a maternity project. This role will be working at Executive Level and will require the candidate to have previous PA expereince at Director level. Temporary role paying £12.69 per hour - full time hours between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

About The Role:

Great PA opportunity based in bolton. Working at director level. The successful candidate will need previous PA secretarial experience working at senior level. Very busy role.

  • Diary Management
  • Email Management
  • Customer Service
  • Preparing correpsondence and documentation on behalf of director
  • Managing a brought foward system
  • Booking events, webinars and interviews
  • Acting as first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and phone calls



Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent PA / Secretarial expereince at director level
  • Good grammer
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Quick thinking
  • Good knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
  • IT literate - good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, sharepoint and teams
