MISSION
The Performance Acquisition Manager is responsible for building actionable insights to drive online marketing channel performance across paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates.

Our clients include high-street retailers such as Department Stores, drugstores & chains as well as online pure players and specialty stores. We also have 8 boutiques and 2 direct e-commerce websites.
ORGANISATION
Reports to: Senior Performance Manager
Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office
Contract type: Permanent
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the success of all performance acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates
- Leverage brand affiliate programs to drive new customer acquisition, drive brand awareness and deliver incremental revenue
- Work collaboratively with international media team stakeholders, local agencies and marketing teams to ensure media and brand guidelines are adhered to
- Proactively work to improve all performance acquisition KPIs, increasing ROI and driving incremental qualified traffic and revenue across all eCommerce sites
- Provide weekly campaign results and analysis to wider teams
- Lead digital innovation initiatives with local technology partners
- Ensure performance acquisition best practice is shared and leveraged locally across all brands and Divisions
- Lead and champion all UKI-wide performance acquisition initiatives, training and upskilling the group on relevant metrics
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience managing all performance acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates
- Experience in launching and managing a brand affiliate program, both directly and via an agency partner
- Experience driving affiliate partnerships, collaborating with publishers, influencers and PR teams
- Strong analytical skillset with experience of managing multiple brands and channels simultaneously to drive results
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global, regional and local teams in order to achieve cohesion
- Experience of managing media agencies and budgets
- Agency work experience essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
- Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Experience of digital upskilling and training desirable
- Excellent communication skills
