Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, improve and expand on ServiceNow People Portal content to meet our business goals, and provide an enhanced user experience
  • Act as a central contact and control point for content additions/changes from Countries
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations Hub Leads and local People teams on developing new content for the People Portal
  • Own the knowledge management review process, ensuring all published content is periodically reviewed by respective content owners and kept up to date in line with any process/policy changes
  • Improve Portal content base:
  • Re-write or wordsmith content to ensure correct grammar, and consistency of article structure, format and look and feel
  • Develop graphics for dedicated content to incorporate externally linked Resources
  • Manage any subsequent updates to Knowledge Articles, and links of these into chatbot workflow configurations
  • Support country teams with migration of content from People Intranet, liaising with Corporate Communications where required
  • Partner with translation vendor on the translation of English-written articles to relevant languages
  • Monitor web traffic and user engagement metrics to identify what is working well and any opportunity areas
  • Stay abreast of any ServiceNow upgrades or CBRE Marketing & Communication re-branding efforts, assessing any potential impact on ServiceNow People Portal content
  • Proactively identify ways to improve the user experience, and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Develop close relationships with PSC, People BPs, People COEs, ServiceNow D&T in region

Person Specification/Requirements
  • Ability to create content in multiple forms, and understand how different system platforms (i.e. ServiceNow and Company Intranet) interact
  • Experience of working across multiple countries and regions, in a complex business structure and cultural landscape
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to perform well under time-pressure
  • Ability to balance business-driven/global initiatives, and a positive customer experience
  • Excellent written English, with a particular focus in editing and grammar
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Strong team skills, collaborating with, and supporting colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholder
  • Pro-active approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
