You will have a broad remit with a focus on continuous improvement and change as the business works through an ambitious growth strategy.You will partner with Regional Management teams to introduce the skills and knowledge to embed excellent people practices across their teams in collaboration with HR colleagues across the Group.Please note that this is an ’agile’ role whereby you will be given the tools to effectively do your role from home; however, there will still be some requirement to travel nationwide for meetings and collaborative meetings.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More About YouYou will be an experienced and qualified HR Business Partner who has previously operated in a complex fast paced environment; you will have experience of change management and understand how a good people strategy impacts commercial performance.
