Reporting into the Team Manager working day to day with the Program Manager and teams in various global locations, this role will be responsible for managing the delivery of implementations of new individual schemes.

Note: This role can be based anywhere in the UK

We will count on you to:

  • Be involved in the implementation of new schemes for a large DB Insured Client.
  • This will entail new business transitions to our pensions portfolio.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience that illustrates ability to prioritise work on multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
  • Experience within the DB Pensions industry managing delivery and/or involvement in User Acceptance Testing of new calculations, updates or additional functionality
  • Experience in preparing test packs for new scheme implementations or performing manual DB calculations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to take responsibility for the quality of their own work, using their initiative to achieve the required results
  • Be highly methodical and logical with a high level of problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
