Are you an experienced payroll professional on the lookout for a new contract role?

Working for this well-known organisation based in Northampton youll be taking on a varied role as a Payroll Officer on a contract role until April 2024.

In this role youll be joining a small team getting involved in end to end payroll processing so someone who has experience and is confident in all areas of payroll would flourish in this position, youll also need great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Ideally youll also have experience on the system Civica and advanced excel skills to thrive in this role but if youve worked in payroll previously and are confident with the day to day processing from HMRC reporting to P11Ds Im sure youll be able to adapt to the new system easily.

Youll be based from the head office in Wellingborough working on a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home as well as benefiting from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • 3-4 years experience in payroll
  • Confident with end to end processing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Happy to work independently
