Your New CompanyThis company specialises in contractor Umbrella payroll, predominantly for the care and high-end oil & gas sectors. Currently the team is sitting at a Team of 3, hoping to grow to at least 10 employees by the end of the year, and forecast for their client base to grow by 140%.How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Running the Weekly payroll for currently 500 contractors, with a view to grow.
  • Work alongside the MD and customer service manager to provide a high quality payroll service.
  • Use of My Digital Accounts.
  • Support the team with growth and recruitment plans.
  • Have strong moral values
This opportunity will be great for you if…
  • You may already be a Payroll Manager, or perhaps at a Team Leader level, ready to take that next step up.
  • Have experience in busy high end volume end to end payroll, whether that be in Umbrella Payroll, Bureau or Industry
  • Qualifications aren’t essential - but experience is a must, and CIPP would be desirable.
  • Have determination, desire to be innovative and adapt with a growing business, as well as keep up with the fast nature of Umbrella payroll.
  • Enjoy working from the office; home working is not out the question for the future, however due to the nature of building a team around you, this role is office based.
