Your New CompanyOur client is a financial services business with a portfolio in excess of £600m, with a consistent growth record, specialising in supportive business finance. They have provided services to SMEs for over 40 years, focussing on developing flexible funding solutions.The business specialises in asset finance and stock finance, with potential to diversify their services over the coming years. This, coupled with the company’s strategic plan to grow the portfolio to over £1billion, makes this a real exciting time to join the business and be a part of something special.How You’ll Spend Your TimeThis role will certainly be a role that evolves over time but some of the main duties you can expect to undertake are;
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Facility management
  • Working closely with heads of teams to provide commercial support
  • Business insight, management information and reporting development
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Implementing and monitoring annual sales targets to calculate annual sales incentives
  • Managing the “volume bonus” scheme for introducers
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required, relevant to business needs
This opportunity will be great for you if…
  • You are a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). Ideally you will be 1-2 years+ PQE but newly qualified will be considered
  • You are commercially minded and have some experience in business partnering
  • You have excellent attention to detail
  • You have a desire to add value to a business and make a difference through your work
  • You are able to travel occasionally to South East London
